太长不看：本文给出「免费素材」的核验方法论（下载前自查三问）＋93 个无需署名、无需注册、可放心用于货币化内容的素材站分类表格 ＋ 一份181 个资源、每周 CI 自动检查全部链接的开源清单。
一、为什么「免费素材」总是坑人
做视频、写公众号、开发独立游戏，几乎人人都找过「免费素材」。但很多人被版权索赔打击过之后才发现，「免费」两个字里藏着三类坑：
- 免费下载 ≠ 免费使用。不少站点允许免费下载，但商用要署名（漏署名就是违约，YouTube 上真的会触发 copyright claim）、或者干脆禁止货币化内容使用。
- 许可悄悄变更。今天 CC0，明年改成「个人使用免费」；聚合站里每条素材的许可还可能各不相同。
- 清单年久失修。收藏的「50 个免费素材站」推文里，一半链接已经 404，或者跳转到完全不同的网站。
坑的根源是：绝大多数清单只回答「去哪下载」，不回答「能不能放心用」。
二、下载素材前的自查三问
后来我给自己定了三条硬规矩，任何素材入库前先回答：
- 许可协议是什么？（CC0 / CC-BY / 站点自有免费许可 / 逐项而定）
- 需不需要署名？——要署名的，署名格式是什么？漏了会怎样？
- 能不能用于货币化 / 商业内容？——YouTube 广告分成、B 站充电、商单、公司项目，都算。
外加一个隐藏问题：要不要注册账号？（不少站「免费」但下载墙在登录后面）
把这四个字段结构化记录下来，就得到了一份「许可透明」的清单——我做了一个开源项目 Free for Creators，目前收录10 个分类、181 个资源，每条都带这四个字段，数据是 CC0 的结构化 JSON，网站和中英双语 README 全部由数据自动生成。
三、93 个「零门槛」精选：无需署名、无需注册、可货币化
下面是全部 181 个资源中，同时满足「可货币化 ＋ 无需署名 ＋ 无需注册」三个条件的 93 个——下载即用，不留任何尾巴。表格直接从仓库的data/*.json生成，无手抄错误：

| ## 四、加餐：29 个「整站 CC0」的硬核站点 |
CC0（公有领域奉献）意味着作者放弃全部著作权——连署名都不需要，改动、商用、分发都随你。整站 CC0 的站点里有几个特别能打：
- Poly Haven— HDRI、PBR 材质、3D 模型的金标准，Blender 社区最爱
- ambientCG— 2000+ 张 CC0 PBR 材质，任何引擎可用
- Kenney— 数千个 2D/3D 游戏素材 + UI + 音频，独立开发者的军火库
- Smithsonian Open Access / The Met Open Access / Cleveland Museum of Art— 博物馆级公有领域图像，做封面、做二创都体面
- Quaternius / KayKit— 风格化低多边形游戏素材包，开箱即用
网站内置 CC0 筛选器，一键过滤全部 29 个。
五、这份清单为什么不会烂掉：用 CI 核验「免费」
清单类项目最大的敌人是时间。这个仓库的做法是：把维护交给 CI。
- 所有条目存在带
schema校验的 JSON 里（data/*.json，整体 CC0），字段枚举受控——monetization只能填 allowed / conditional / varies / not-allowed，防止「感觉能用」式录入； - 每周一 GitHub Action 全量检查 181 个链接，并且专门识别「软 404」：HTTP 200 但实际是营销壳页面、登录墙、JS 路由假活——状态码骗不了它；
- 提交新资源的 PR 会先由机器人核验 URL 并回帖结果，坏链接进不了主干；
- README（中英双语）和网站全部由数据生成，永远不会出现「简介说 158 个、数据里 181 个」的精神分裂；
- 核验不了的字段（比如某站要不要注册）如实标
unknown，并转成 good first issue 让社区用真实浏览器核验——不确定就写不确定，这是清单可信的底线。
